State Trooper and Friend
Bailey Allen of Newark, Delaware, celebrated her fifth birthday with one of her favorite people: State Trooper Lieutenant Robert Jones.
Allen met Jones and other officers during a high-school basketball game in 2019, according to ABC 6, and struck up a friendship with them.
“Her eyes just lit up when she met them, and their eyes lit up. She walked over to them, and they just had a conversation and from there [they became] friends,” recalled her mother, Dione Allen.
