Jose Ibarra, a Venezuelan “migrant” who murdered Riley on a jogging trail in Athens, Georgia, was caught and released at the border, pursuant to President Joe Biden’s long-standing orders. Walter Martinez, also caught and released, murdered 20-year-old Hamilton in Harford County, Maryland.
Yet those thugs are only two of hundreds of thousands of rapists, murderers, and other illegal-alien criminals now roaming the country.
