While Biden Pushes Vaccines, Report Shows Hundreds of “Fully Vaccinated” in Oregon Died of COVID-19

Even as the current resident of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue continues to push the narrative that vaccines are not only “safe, free, and effective,” but that they are the only way to combat COVID-19, reports continue to come to light showing that fully vaccinated people still die of the virus. In fact, they die in staggeringly high numbers.

This week, Biden reiterated his call (read: demand) for everyone to their “patriotic duty” and get fully vaccinated. He said, “For the unvaccinated, you’re looking at a winter of severe illness and death for yourselves, your families, and the hospitals you may soon overwhelm.”

Not only that, but when his remarks drew outrage from many, Biden doubled down, saying, “All these people who have not been vaccinated, you have an obligation to yourselves, to your family, and, quite frankly — I know I’ll get criticized for this — to your country,” adding that Americans need to “get vaccinated now,” “get your booster shot,” and “wear a mask.” And just to wrap the whole thing up in the appropriate Red, White, and Blue Christmas paper, he added, “I, honest to God, believe it’s your patriotic duty.”

But recently published data gives the lie to Biden’s heavy-handed claims and the demands stemming from them. International Business Times reported on a recently released study from Oregon, showing that in Oregon alone 622 “fully vaccinated Oregon residents died of COVID-19” and that nearly two-thirds of them were white.

From that article:

More than 620 fully vaccinated residents in Oregon have died of COVID-19, many of whom are White Americans, according to state data.

As of Thursday, health officials in Oregon reported a total of 622 breakthrough COVID-19 deaths since the beginning of the pandemic. Of the total number of deaths among the fully vaccinated, at least 64% or 402 were White Americans.

In comparison, only 13 Black people, 14 Asians, 1 7 American Indian or Alaska Native and 1 Pacific Islander who were vaccinated against COVID-19 died of the virus, data from the Oregon Health Authority showed.

The article — based on an official report from the state — says that “Oregon also recorded a total of 49,250 breakthrough COVID-19 infections since the beginning of the pandemic.” This means that nearly 50,000 Oregonians developed COVID-19 after receiving the very same vaccinations that Biden demands Americans to receive as part of their “patriotic duty.” Of that number, 622 are reported to have died as a result of the virus.

Furthermore, the COVID-19 Breakthrough Report issued by the Oregon Health Authority shows that week after week, nearly one third of total cases are “breakthrough cases” of fully vaccinated persons getting sick with the virus.

In a strange twist that defies both logic and reason, the report also states that “despite the rising number of breakthrough deaths, experts still recommend getting vaccinated, adding that the shots still give ample protection against severe illness, hospitalizations and deaths.”

Not only does the report indicate that the vaccine — while touted as the only way to combat the spread of the virus — is a far cry from the silver bullet Biden and his apologists claim, it also lays waste to yet another claim made by leftists of nearly every stripe. That claim — that COVID-19 disproportionately impacts “communities of color” — is shown to be so much hooey by the fact that nearly two-thirds of the vaccinated who died of COVID-19 in Oregon were white.

Two facts nearly guarantee that this report will never see the mainstream media light of day: First — as stated above — it flies in the face of the claim that vaccines are a sure-fire guarantee that one will not get the virus, get sick, or die. Secondly, it does not fit the racial narrative so loved by the mainstream media. If two-thirds of deaths caused by breakthrough cases in Oregon were of black people, the mainstream media would have a difficult choice to make. As reality has it, they can safely ignore the facts.
