Tom Crosby, Border Patrol veteran of 26 years, is concerned with the United States Border Protection and the Department of Homeland Security, but with good reason. The Mexico border unrest has caused many problems such as innocent people being killed by drug cartels. Crosby sheds light onto how DHS defines the term “apprehension” and specifically why the numbers have been as low as they have been.
