Scott Schara: Another Victory in Landmark Covid Lawsuit

Scott Schara, better known as Grace’s dad, lost his beautiful daughter in a Covid hospital two years ago, and has since become a nationally-recognized expert on what he calls America’s medical murder agenda.

He filed a landmark lawsuit (here and here ) to expose what he believes was intentional murder of his daughter by a corrupt healthcare system, incentivized by government Covid handouts.

The defense has been trying to get the lawsuit dismissed,  but they have been remarkably unsuccessful. The case will now definitely go to jury trial in one year.

It is a stunningly groundbreaking development. After the most recent and final hearing on dismissal on October 30, Schara explained, “Our case simply surviving today should send shockwaves across the nation, because we showed how to pierce the medical malpractice veil with a legal brief. Winning this claim will create a tidal wave – and a game-changing legal precedent.”

Schara references how the legal system in various states is set up to protect hospitals and doctors from this kind of lawsuit. Now that he and his legal team have “pierced that medical malpractice veil,” they have a year in which to conduct “discovery,” a legal term that encompasses research, collecting of depositions, disclosures, rebuttals, and other acts of preparation before the jury trial, which begins November 4, 2024.

The judge in the case is the Honorable Mark J. McGinnis of the Outagamie County Circuit Court.
