The Florida legislature has passed legislation (SB 7014), which would extend immunity from liability for hospitals and physicians when they treat COVID patients. Governor Ron DeSantis has until Thursday, February 24 to pass or veto the bill. In this interview, attorney Shawn McBride explains why DeSantis should veto the bill, which would in essence allow hospitals and physicians to continue treating COVID patients with the Fauci NIH protocols — and not with alternative treatments such as Ivermectin — while being protected from liability for their actions.
