More Impeachment Articles Filed Against Biden and Harris

Two articles of impeachment were filed on Monday against Joe Biden and Kamala Harris for weaponization of the government against Americans, invasion of foreign nationals and criminals in unprecedented numbers on the northern and southern borders, slow walking of any investigation into the Biden family’s corruption, and giving America’s enemies aid and comfort (while enriching themselves in the process).

In announcing the filing of the two articles of impeachment against Biden and Harris, Representative Andy Ogles (R-Tenn.) told Fox News:

Joe Biden hasn’t just failed the American people with his abysmal excuse for “leadership” — he’s violated his sworn oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.

Joe Biden has repeatedly abused his position of power, both as vice president and president, to cover up his illicit family business dealings and exploitation of taxpayer resources.

The American people know they can’t depend on the so-called “Department of Justice” to investigate the Biden family’s corruption, and so it’s up to the U.S. Congress to hold him accountable once and for all.

Ogles added:

Biden is a disgrace to the Oval Office and should be stripped of his position and held responsible for his high crimes against the United States … [and that Vice President Kamala Harris] has demonstrated her extraordinary incompetence time and again.

Ogles and Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) have filed seven of the 11 articles of impeachment against Biden and Harris. Ogles was one of the original 19 congressional holdouts against House Speaker Kevin McCarthy until he assented to their demands to grow a backbone. He is a member of the Freedom Caucus, and was one of the (only) 71 Republicans who voted against the latest financial monstrosity, the ill-named and catastrophic Fiscal Responsibility Act pushed by the Biden administration.

Here are some of the juiciest parts of the articles Ogles filed on Monday:

Biden … has prevented, obstructed, and impeded the administration of justice, in that [he] has weaponized the Executive Office … to shield the business and influence peddling schemes of his family from congressional oversight and public accountability;

[He has failed] to comply with numerous congressional requests for information and documentation … [including] a letter to [Treasury] Secretary [Janet] Yellen, requesting Suspicious Activity Reports for the Biden family and business associates;

[and] a letter to the Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Christopher Wray, requesting information about Hunter Biden’s connection to members of the Chinese Communist Party;

[and] a letter to then Acting Archivist of the United States, Debra Steidel Wall, regarding the Biden family’s use of Air Force One to facilitate business transaction with Chinese nationals.

In the first article he reviewed the depth and breadth of the Biden family corruption and treason, including discussion of how Biden family members and associates set up numerous fake LLCs to launder and hide millions of dollars given to them by the Chinese communists in exchange for various unspecified influence.

That influence was publicly exposed in 2016 when Biden threatened to withhold a billion dollars in U.S. aid from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky unless the investigator into Hunter’s affiliation with Burisma was fired.

The incriminating video emanated from a CFR conference Biden attended and can be seen here.

In the second article of impeachment, Ogles attacked Harris’ record:

Harris … has prevented, obstructed, and impeded the administration of justice, in that [she] has demonstrated extraordinary incompetence in the execution of her duties and responsibilities and an indifference to Americans suffering as a result of America’s ongoing southern border crisis.

The article against Harris spells out in detail that suffering, along with sex trafficking of minors in America.

Each article ends with a statement that Biden and Harris “warrant impeachment and trial, removal from office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any office of honor, trust, or profit under the United States.”

The present House remains highly unlikely to entertain any such motions, to say nothing of the Senate, where a two-thirds would be needed to remove Biden or Harris from office.
