Illegal Alien Arrested in Rape of 10-year-old in Ohio Who Went to Indiana for Abortion

The story of a 10-year-old rape victim who left Ohio for Indiana to get an abortion is, apparently, true. But another major part of the story the leftist media will ignore is this: The suspect is an illegal alien from Guatemala.

A source with Immigration and Customs Enforcement divulged the suspect’s immigration status to Fox News after The Columbus Dispatch, which falsely identified him as a “Columbus man,” disclosed the arrest.

The news is not surprising. Government data from the southwest border show that Hispanic illegals are frequently arrested for child rape and molestation.

Detainer Placed

Doubts surfaced that the 10-year-old even existed because the abortionist who disclosed the story was vague on details. Even The Washington Post’s fact checker, Glenn Kessler, confessed that the story was hard to verify.

The leftist media pushed the story because it supposedly showed that the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision that overturned 1973’s unconstitutional Roe v. Wade decision would harm victims of rape. Because of it, pro-aborts said, the 10-year-old was forced out of Ohio into another state. That claim, as with so much of the reporting about the decision in Dobbs v. Jackson’s Women’s Health Organization, was false, the state’s attorney general told Fox News. She needn’t have traveled to Indiana for the abortion.

But the story about the pregnant 10-year-old appears to be true, and arrested for the rape was one of those many “undocumented immigrants” who supposedly do the jobs Americans won’t do, the Dispatch reported:

Gershon [Gerson] Fuentes, 27, whose last known address was an apartment on Columbus’ Northwest Side, was arrested Tuesday after police say he confessed to raping the child on at least two occasions. He’s since been charged with rape, a felony of the first degree in Ohio.

Columbus police were made aware of the girl’s pregnancy through a referral by Franklin County Children Services that was made by her mother on June 22, Det. Jeffrey Huhn testified Wednesday morning at Fuentes’ arraignment. On June 30, the girl underwent a medical abortion in Indianapolis, Huhn said.

Huhn also testified that DNA from the clinic in Indianapolis is being tested against samples from Fuentes, as well as the child’s siblings, to confirm contribution to the aborted fetus.

The Dispatch reported that the “Columbus man,” jailed on $2 million bond because he’s a flight risk, is “believed to be undocumented.”

In fact, Fox reported, he is “undocumented”:

The man charged with the rape of a 10-year-old girl in Ohio is a Guatemalan illegal immigrant, an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) source told Fox News Digital on Wednesday….

The source told Fox that Fuentes is a Guatemalan national in the country illegally and that ICE has placed a detainer on Fuentes, which is a request he eventually be handed over to the agency for removal proceedings.

Fox did not report how long the illegal Guatemalan was in the country, or whether he was one of the one million illegals President Joe Biden has released since January 2021 to colonize the American heartland.

Immigrant Hispanics and Child Rape

Police frequently arrest Hispanic immigrants for rape, as data from U.S. Customs and Border Protection show.

Almost daily, border agents apprehend previously deported illegals who have been convicted of myriad sexual crimes, many of them against children.

Since January 1, border agents have collared more than 80 sex offenders at the border, almost all previously deported. Many of them raped or otherwise molested kids.

So far this fiscal year, which began October 1, border agents have arrested 7,253 criminals at the border. That culturally enriching contingent who “do the jobs Americans won’t do” has committed a combined 219 sex crimes.

Last year, Immigration and Customs Enforcement mounted a special operation that ended in the apprehension of 302 sex fiends.
