RIO+20 Report: Earth Summit Chief Maurice Strong Launches New Book (Video)

Shortly before the start of the United Nations Rio+20 Environment Summit this week, former Earth Summit chief Maurice Strong launched a promotional tour for his new book, entitled Only One Earth: The Long Road Via Rio to Sustainable Development.

The New American’s Senior Editor Bill Jasper reports on Maurice Strong’s significance and Strong’s virulent anti-American, anti-middle class, anti-free market diatribes. He also highlights the hypocrisy of Strong and other one-world elitists who call for an end to middle class consumption patterns while they themselves continue their extravagant lifestyles of the rich and famous.
