A believer in the freedom to work without the fear of discrimination against personal beliefs, infringement on constitutional rights, or invasion of medical privacy, Crapuchettes said that his company helps connect like-minded businesses and professionals. The company also came up with a first-of-its-kind Employee Bill of Rights and Responsibilities, billed as a “tool for reclaiming America.”
